چکیده
Objective: To assess the Clustered Differentiation 10 (CD10) expression in Urothelial carcinoma and to ascertain how its relates grade stage. Method: Descriptive cross sectional research was carried out over a period of six months Pathology Department on eighty five cases bladder from transurethral resection (TURBT) specimens diagnosed Hematoxylin-eosin (H & E) stained sections irrespective patient's age gender were included study. These for CD10 by Immunohistochemical technique. Results: Sixty seven (78.8%) urothelial carcinomas showed positive staining while 18 (21.17%) demonstrated negative expression. In 67 cases, 42 high tumors had 2+ 13 1+ .All low-grade tumors(12) displayed score. Sixteen tumorsin pT1, 21 pT2 3 pT3 stage Nineteen pT1 4 Conclusion: Our findings indicate that is greater invasive associated with progression carcinomas.

Background: Non-melanoma skin cancer is the most common malignant tumor in humans. The role of ultraviolet radiation is well-known in the pathogenesis of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). CD10 is a zinc-dependent metallopeptidase known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA). Although CD10 expression has been investigated in some cutaneous tu...
